If the leaver **IS** in your party (group), you and your teammates take the full penalty, just like before. There is no mitigation here. The leaver still receives Competitive queue suspensions, rating losses, and, in extreme cases, season bans.  TL;DR: Mitigation only applies when the leaver is not grouped with you. If they’re at your party, expect the full loss. Whether you’re hyped for the Phantom Thieves skins or grinding competitive, this update changes the game.
