This one is easy but involves luck; you can get it on the first try or 20, depending on your luck.  **Go to the right side of the map as shows on the image** When you get there, look to the door on the left. You have to pay to open it but don't worry—even if you don't have it now; you can sell the equipment. Once you open the door, you will see a hologram robot asking you if you want to bet at the table. If you bust, which means going above 21, the robot just mocks you, and you can't try again. **Once that happens, quit the Main Menu, and try again until you get the desired 21**
