Tekken 8 Battle pass is here and boy do the fans hate it.

If you are an avid reader, you know that Tekken is my favorite franchise by far. Tekken 8 for me since it dropped, was just THE Game to play for this past months. Everything that I wanted in a Tekken game was there, there are some characters I would like to see coming back like Bob and Marduck but besides that, it was all a fan like myself could've asked for. Out of the blue in a Tekken Live Talk, they announce that a shop will be implemented and a new currency can be used to buy effects with limited usage and costumes. I had a feeling after that that it was just the beginning but at the time nothing was revealed. Well, we're in April, and without a word, like some info on the latest Tekken Live Show without mentioning the price, they release a Battle Pass... Believe me, I wanted to stay positive as it has been so many years since I dedicated myself to a game while having fun, I even forgave the fact that the pluggers could just disconnect with no consequences while taking my winning streak with them. But, this made me mad as a fan because there is no reason for the Battle Pass plus the content sucks. They dared charge 600 points when 500 points are 5 bucks and you have to spend 10 because there is no option for 600 points, it goes from 500 to 1050. I hate when games do those manipulation techniques. I could forgive them if the content was worth it, but it is not. There is the standard free and Premium route in the Battle Pass but you have a lot of empty levels in the Free version while Premium is full. The thing is for what they offer even in the Premium line, it's not even worth 5 bucks. Level 45 on the premium is a white blender ball... A GODDAM WHITE BLENDER BALL IN THE PAID PREMIUM CONTENT! I may be a long-time fan, but there is no defending that. I am not going to buy The Battle Pass nor will I complete it. I stopped playing since I saw that...
