In the demo, Sephiroth and Cloud face off against a huge beast that thinks they are there to steal material. Its weakness is fire which makes it easy because you have fire spells either with Cloud or Sephiroth. You can target the legs once he goes to the roof to make him fall or change characters when one gets caught by the creature. Overall an awesome cinematic fight that introduces synergy attacks in the demo.
