Feeling like going to school during the day and killing monsters at night? Boy, do I have the game for you. Persona 3 Reload follows the same winning recipe as the original Persona 5, which was a huge success due to its intricate story, lovable characters, and a very unique and stylish art direction that to this day games try to replicate. The original Persona 3 was released in 2006 and it was the start of the direction that Persona 4 and 5 took, but to today's standards, it's rough going back to the original. Fortunately, this Remake makes up for it keeping what was revolutionary at the time and adding the modern game's recipe which works. For example, in the original you could only take control of the main character in your party but in this Remake you can control the whole squad like P5, the difficult has been lowered as Persona 3 is known as being a very difficult game at the time. There is also the Baton pass, another mechanic from P5, player's from the original would be left with nothing to do in the slice of life portion of the game which is day time, now they added part- time jobs and more activities which a welcome addition to the game. Overall, fans and newcomers have something to look for in this 70+ hour JRPG.
